On Thursday 4 May 2017, Queensland Minister for Training and Skills the Hon. Yvette D’Ath released the state’s new Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework, which outlines a comprehensive and systematic approach to ensuring the highest standards in VET are met.
According to new data released by NCVER, the number of school students undertaking VET programs as part of their Senior Secondary Certificate of Education has decreased slightly to 242 100 in 2017.
