Mathematics and numeracy are crucial, underpinning life and work skills for learners!

These skills impact directly on youth and adults as individuals, workers and citizens.  So what do we need to know to ensure we can make them count when it comes to quality training and assessment practices?

In this 90-minute webinar, Dave Tout, Senior Research Fellow, Tertiary and Vocational Assessment Services, at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), will provide insights into numeracy/mathematics skills, trends and research gained from his extensive national and international experiences working in the adult education and training industry.

Attendees will gain valuable awareness of how critical it is to identify and address how numeracy impacts in your training and assessment practices across your industries, and how to implement different strategies in how you and your trainees can better support your learners to enhance their numeracy skills.
