Q: What is Velg2Go?
A: Velg2Go offers affordable, flexible, and accessible professional development through 90-minute, self-paced online modules. These independent learning modules are designed to support staff in RTOs and are completed via our LMS platform, Thinkific.

Q: Is Velg2Go live or on-demand?
A: Velg2Go courses are self-paced and on-demand. There is no live session. You can complete your module at any time within your 90-day access period.

Q: What happens after I register for a Velg2Go course?
A: You will receive a confirmation email (similar to other Velg Training events).

• If you are new to Thinkific, you will receive an email directly from Thinkific and be prompted to create a password.
• If you have used Thinkific before, simply log in: https://velgtraining.thinkific.com/users/sign_in
• Once logged in, your course will appear on your Thinkific Dashboard.

If you do not receive your emails, please check your junk/spam folder.

Q: I am a Velg Training Member. Is Velg2Go free?
A: Current Velg Training Members receive access to selected Velg2Go courses free each quarter.

If pricing appears incorrectly:

• Ensure you are logged into the Velg Training website using your Member email address before adding the course to your cart.
• If the issue continues, please contact us for assistance.

Q: How long do I have access to my Velg2Go course?
A: You will have access for 90 days from the date of purchase/enrolment.

• After 90 days, the module will close.
• You will still retain access to your Certificates within your Thinkific profile.

Q: Will Velg2Go courses appear in my VET PD profile?
A: No. Velg2Go courses are completed via Thinkific and do not automatically appear in your VET PD profile.

Your Certificate of Completion is issued instantly upon successful completion and can be downloaded directly from Thinkific.

Q: What technical requirements do I need?
A: To complete a Velg2Go course, you will require:

• A computer or laptop with internet access
• The most current version of Google Chrome or Firefox
• Ability to stream video and complete online quizzes

For the best experience, ensure your browser is up to date.

Q: How do I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A: Your Certificate is issued instantly once you:

• Click Complete & Continue on every page (including the introduction)
• Achieve a minimum of 67% in the final quiz
• Reach the Congratulations page

You can then click:

• “Get your certificate”
• Select “Download PDF”

Q: My Certificate has the wrong date.
A: The “Date Issued” is recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

For Australian time zones, apply the following offsets:

• AEST = UTC +10 hours
• ACST = UTC +9.5 hours
• AWST = UTC +8 hours
