Member Lunchbox Webinar Recordings

Q: How do I access Member Lunchbox webinar recordings?
A: Member Lunchbox webinar recordings are available via our Thinkific LMS platform.

To access a recording:

  1. Go to the Member Lunchbox Webinar Recordings page.
  2. Click on the webinar title you wish to watch.
  3. Add the $0.00 ticket to your cart and complete the registration (“purchase”).
  4. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

Once logged into Thinkific, the recording will appear in your Dashboard.

Q: Why do I need to register for a $0.00 ticket?
A: Although Member Lunchbox recordings are free for Members, registration is required to:

  • Add the webinar to your Thinkific Dashboard
  • Track completion
  • Enable automatic Certificate issuance

Completing the checkout ensures your access is correctly linked to your profile.

Q: Where do I log in to watch the recording?
A: Log in to Thinkific at:
https://velgtraining.thinkific.com/users/sign_in

Please note: This login is separate from your Velg Training website login.

Q: I can’t log in to Thinkific. What should I do?
A: Please check the following:

  • Did you receive an email from Thinkific prompting you to create a password?
  • Are you using the correct login page (linked above)?
  • Are you using the same email address you used when registering for the recording?

If you are still unable to log in, please contact us and we can arrange a password reset.

Q: I’m logged in but can’t see the recording.
A: Refer to the below instructions:

  • Ensure you completed the $0.00 registration process.
  • Double-check you are logged in with the same email address used at registration.
  • Log out and log back in if necessary.

If the recording still does not appear, please contact us for assistance.

Q:How do I start the recording?
A: Once logged in:

  • You will land on your Thinkific Dashboard.
  • Click Start Course under the Member Lunchbox webinar.
  • Work through each page and click Continue to progress.

Q: I can’t find the next lesson or page.
A: Refer to the below instructions:

  • Click Continue at the bottom of each page.
  • Use the left-hand lesson menu to navigate between sections.
  • Completed lessons will display a tick.

Q: How do I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A: To receive your Certificate:

  • Click Complete & Continue on every page (including the introduction).
  • Achieve a minimum of 67% in the final quiz, where applicable.
  • Reach the Congratulations page.

You can then click:

  • “Get your certificate”
  • Select “Download PDF”

Certificates are issued instantly upon successful completion.

Q: How do I access my Certificate later?
A: Certificates are stored inside your Thinkific profile. To access them:

  1. Log in to Thinkific.
  2. Click the icon next to your name (top-right).
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Click Certificates from the left-hand menu.
  5. Select View next to the relevant webinar.

Q: My Certificate has the wrong date.
A: The “Date Issued” is recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

For Australian time zones, apply the following offsets:

  • AEST = UTC +10 hours
  • ACST = UTC +9.5 hours
  • AWST = UTC +8 hours
