Q: I have an existing membership - Can I upgrade this to another level of membership prior to my renewal date?
A: Yes — your membership can be upgraded at any time. The remaining balance of your current membership will be applied as a pro-rata credit toward the new membership level. Your renewal date will then reset to 12 months from the date of upgrade.
